worst workplace ever. i was fired over an argument that i didn’t even cause. i was purely defending myself. They don’t provide any basic training for new employees, they don’t even show you where to go you just have to guess and hope for the best. No health and safety training which you would think a milk factory would provide. managements a mess and supervisors don’t know what they’re doing nor can they speak english to teach you what to do. agency workers get treated horribly. stay away from here.

Milk has gone off way before the best before date.
Not the first time either.

Unfortunately the scones were rubbish, there was only 3 raisins in each scone. The rest of the hamper was however very nice. I won't use this company again due to the disappointing scones.

I was lost in Lostwithiel and turned up at the wrong place expecting a retail outlet or farm store to buy Trewithen clotted cream for an event that day. Instead of turning us away they went to what i think is the factory or process plant and bought the cream over to us. Top service and grateful to the lovely staff there. I buy Trewithen clotted cream for my guests every week in small quantity but this time needed a lot more for 100 people. Our guests enjoyed their cream teas very much and loved the clotted cream. Thank you very much Trewithen staff, you saved the day by your kindness. I will remain a loyal Trewithen clotted cream fan forever.

I bought a pack of clotted cream from the dairy. It turned before the use by date, and the dairy when contacted were very apologetic and helpful in providing compensation. Positive experience.

Bought some of your butter, says 1.8% Cornish Sea Salt in the ingredients, used it to revive my Saffron Buns that I'd toasted for a bit too long.... It is lovely stuff

Please stock your spreadable butter at Waitrose & Coop Okehampton and Sainsburys Exeter. Not only do I love the taste but there's not many other spreadable butters to choose from at a reasonable price that are either not full of additives or imported. I would rather support local.
