Fabulous visit to a fantastic small batch cider producer. Their talk on how they produce cider was informative and great fun.

Amazing that their cider production is zero waste (the apple rejects and pulp is used as animal feed ir turned into fertiliser) and gets a lot of support from the local community (who supply some if the apples that go into their cider.

Their gin and apple whisky is also really good.

Definitely worth popping in and sampling their wares.

This is how cider should taste.

We had such a lovely day at the distillery!!
It was so much fun. Incredible products, definitely one of the best gins I've had.

We did the gin making course; you spend an informative afternoon learning how to make gin, and even get to choose your own aromatics mix and make your own bottle to take home, really really cool.

The team there are SO kind and generous, they really went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable afternoon. And definitely stop at the shop on your way out!

We booked the free tour online and the two of us were treated to a great friendly and informative tour. It's only a small place but our host was fab and was able to answer all our questions and give us a real feel for how the distillery works. Nothing better than visiting an area and seeing a local business in action and then supporting them by buying some products in the shop. There was a little tasting at the end and no pressure to buy but we loved the cider so we're happy to get a few bottles ?

Great free tour of the Cidery and Distillery. Very informative and super friendly staff. At the end of the tour we’ve got to taste all their products and got 10% discount in the shop.
My favourite are the Vintage Cider and Castledore Cider!
Everything produced with local products from scratch. Very unique!

What a fantastic morning we had today with Sarah from Fowey Valley Cidery! Such an informative but relaxed tour & talk about the history of the cidery & process of making cider, gin, vodka & preserves. Getting a little taster of the finished products was definitely a winner, they were delicious! We will definitely be back next time we are in Cornwall. Keep up the great work! Cannot wait to see what else you produce!

Received a very warm welcome from Sarah who, along with Nathan and Barrie gave us a superb, interesting and very informative talk about all things cider and much more. They were all natural communicators and mixed in facts and humour brilliantly. The tasting were very good and overall, especially since it was FREE, a really great time. Thoroughly recommended.

A little gem of a distillery and a pleasure to find tucked away on the edge of Lostwithiel. We arrived without booking and were welcomed by owner Barrie Gibson to be given a personal tour of the distillery before sampling a wide variety of his distinct and beautifully balanced alcoholic beverages. A must to visit for those who love a tipple with flavours to suit various palates. Thank you to Barrie and his team for making us feel most welcomed, Yeghes da ? We shall enjoy the taste of Cornwall back in Hull ?

A fantastic tour at a brilliantly run cidery and distillery and well worth a visit. Gerry and Barrie have turned a rather over enthusiastic hobby into a business producing a wide variety of ciders, gins, vodkas and oils and then do a great job of explaining how they do it. The tour included explanations from Sarah and Nathan too, and it provided a very entertaining and relaxed experience
