I emailed earlier this month and explained I wanted to have a meeting regarding my sauce. I was asked for dairy dates which I then sent through but got no response. I called up last week they told me to resend dates. Monday I still didn’t get a response and called. I got a call bk claiming they had emailed me with an appointment for Wednesday. I was just making my way and I got a puncture in my tire and needed to wait for recovery so I gave them a call to ask if possible to reschedule either for tomorrow or a later date that’s convenient for them. I was told “It’s not possible and we are not really interested in it!”. This is the worst service I’ve received and would rather they said from the beginning they were not interested!
