Great selection and decent prices. The quail food I wanted was not instock but they had it ordered in for me and let me know it was ready for collection. Will be back again when I need more. Very helpful and friendly staff would highly recommend.

Great store with all tbe essentials you need for indoor and outdoor animals. Great service. Managed to pick up toy tractors on 3 for 2 offer for grandsons. Excellent!

Placed an online order 25th June, order delivered 29th June. 1 item missing, I emailed in and was told it was going to be delivered from another store. It didn't show up so I emailed again with 2 follow up emails, apparently it can't be delivered and was cancelled on 2nd July no one told me, only know now cus I sent an email. Still waiting for bowl or refund to turn up. Still saying on website that 8" dog bowl is available for home delivery but it's obviously not as they can't fulfil my order.
