Amazingly friendly and helpful staff who were more than happy to answer my questions and let me take my time with ordering. The upstairs bistro is such a nice, calm place to relax, and I was able to read my book for a solid hour after finishing my food since the place was empty. The wood decor upstairs gives a classic, timeless feel. It's a rustic and welcoming atmosphere.

The eggs Benedict I ordered were really nice, with perfectly poached eggs, although the crumpets weren't my favorite. I dislike almost all crumpets, though, so that says more about me than the restaurant.

Overall, I'd love to come back next time I'm in Oxford!

Impeccable service, delicious food, a lovely warming atmosphere and incredible coffee, nothing bad to say whatsoever. Lovely booth and chair seating upstairs and plenty of outside seating also. A fantastic variety of things in the shop including items I haven’t found anywhere else in Oxford. 10/10 will be returning.

We went for brunch and they have great coffee and tasty food. We will definitely come back. I would recommend the cheesecake, avocado toast and eggs benedict. The salmon and apple chutney toast was also great, but the portion was quite small.

This place hold great memories for me in its previous identity as The Oxford Kitchen. But today was my first time in The Kitchen Food company. Unbelievable croissant and I can't understand how avocados can be that smooth and silky. Friendly service, lovely room, oh! Also, amazing deli downstairs and a gorgeous terrace. Recommended.

The best breakfast/brunch place in Oxford, people are friendly, food is hands down amazing and great coffees. You have to try the avocado toast (and maybe ask to serve it with two poached eggs :))

Great service... absolutely wonderful staff (this cannot be stressed enough!) and quality of products. The coffee would be a 4 but 5's for everything else, from cheeses to sandwiches to the bistro, and lots of niche items you can't find anywhere else.

My food (14 pounds) came with lesser items than it said on the menu. Just bread sticks and dips with some olives. I was super confused as the falafels were nowhere to be found. So I had to eat the hummus with the breadsticks. The waiter spent more time serving people who he judged would tip him well. So we couldn't ask anyone about the missing food items. They ended up giving the missing food wrapped in paper when we paid the bill!! Such a pity as the venue is beautiful!
