This farm shop/ butchery is brilliant, fresh produce and lovely friendly service, my usual cockerel supplier had sadly had to let his customers down only 10 days before Christmas! But not to worry carpenters to the rescue. Fabulous Christmas cockerel, one of the best Christmas dinners ever!
We’ll definitely return in the new year to try some of their other produce.

I use this place frequently, quality of the meat and fresh veg/chilled counters is top notch - not had a duff experience yet. Has a genuine rustic charm (that’s a butcher for you if you’re being precious) as opposed to many sterile ‘Farm Shops’ that sell overpriced produce. Good Bread/Cake and Cheese options too! Recommended!

As we live locally this shop is convenient. However, I try not to use it unless I absolutely have to. The selection is generally good but the prices aren’t the best. My main gripe is the butchery dept. The two men (used to be one) have such an indifferent and cold attitude. In fact, I don’t think I have ever seen the longer serving one smile. I am left feeling that they are resentful doing what they do whilst doing me a big favour. Today, I asked the latest butcher about some sausages. He completely ignored me whilst shouting/talking to his mate over my shoulder. The conversation stopped so I asked again. He picked up the chat with his mate, completely ignoring me a second time. This happened a third time when the man stopped and appeared irritated by my persistent question. It culminated in me telling him to just forget the sausages. I paid for what I already had in my basket and left. I shall make the time to go to Betts butchers where I am not made to feel as though I am interrupting someone’s day. Here you will be met with warmth, a cheery smile and fantastic products at a reasonable price.

Whata brilliant place, yhisfarm shop has everything! Wonderful meat and cheese counters. Pastries,bread, pies, fruit, vegetables and icecream. Hand made crackers, pickles, jams, frozen food and more . Fantastic find !!!

Meat is some of the best I've tasted, last night had the horseradish cheese. Amazing. Lovely quirky little farmshop with a nice pub around the corner to have a pint at after your shop. Tom, who served me is enthusiastic, jolly and likeable. Great place!
