Bought 20KG Kohinoor Rice from Tesco was under an excellent offer but once we used it was totally new rice with bad taste. Rice should be old and mature for cooking at high temperature for fuller taste and fragrance. I called the company for complain. They treated me so well, noted my complain and as a gesture of goodwill they send me the 20KG Rice to test again. I am impressed with the company. Thanks

Avoid..They don’t need your business.

Called them 100 times and sent email them 5times.They are not interested to help me. Spoke with their sales rep and he told I have to order minimum 2 pallets but he agreed to start with one pallet initially. I sent him order but he never replied....kept calling and texting him but he didn’t bothered.

Then I called their head office..reception told some one will call me back but nothing happened. Then I called again he sent me email with one of the head person Vijay contact details and sent him email that I am Interested to order two pallets of goods but no reply again.

Then I tried to ring Vijay directly,sometimes he is in meeting not available. I wAs asked to send email which I sent but again as usual no reply.
Sales option never answer phone and when u speak to reception they take your details and tell you some one will call back but as usual no call back.

Never seen this kind of useless people in my life. I don’t understand how they running this company. I hope they go bankrupt and some one better take over this company. Wasted my 2 months chasing these cowboys.
