They may be OK with hen houses, but our experience with a large garden shed was mixed. Pro: built to the size and shape we wanted. Con: the design - it seems it didn't include any cross-bracing, and as a result the shed is now leaning badly (after about 8 months) . I've tried several times to contact them to ask them to come and have a look at it, and I've received zero replies (email and phone). Design score - 2. Implementation score - 3. Customer service score - zero.
EDIT: Following response from Hen House Co:-
Frankly, the response is not correct.
Tiles on one half first? Untrue, where did that come from?
Heavy weight? From the outset we specified very explicitly that the shed had to be capable of supporting pantiles, and paid well over the odds for that.
Unable to provide a solution? They never even tried, never even came to look at it.
Footnote: a friend, a fully qualified architect, took one look at the construction and laughed - said he couldn't believe that it had been constructed with (a) no cross bracing (b) no A-frame bracing to stop the roof collapsing.
