Very disappointed with the quality of the service provided by this company.

I was charged £30 for two 40x50cm prints, which I believe is expensive for the product, however it was a present and I needed a quick turnaround so I was willing to pay it.

To begin, upon collection of the two prints I realised that one had been miscut and stuck back together. I was not made aware of this and had to ring up to complain, at which point I was offered a replacement but no apology.

And, after receiving the prints, I have realised that they are essentially a big sticker stuck to a backing. The print quality is terrible and they are already peeling prior to going in the frame.

I will not be going back to this shop and would advise you to do the same.
