After having our water cooler contract since 2011 we asked for an exchange of machine as it wasnt cooling well and were told this was not possible due to contract end terms etc I found another company over 3 months ago , paid off the remaining contract length for this machine and it has been sitting in our office's for close on 2 months. I have requested 4 times for it to be collected. No sense of urgency and on one of the phone calls I was asked ''cant you get rid of it at a skip ? '' Firstly I gave my 90 days notice but still had to pay of the remaining term as we were auto renewed for a further 12 months and now they want me to go to the expense and time of disaposing of the machine. .

Disappointing customer service, lack of communication, failed to deliver order.
Placed order on 18.10.23 - no communication to say order had been received...
Followed up on 20.10.23 - requested next day delivery as order becoming urgent, was reassured someone would contact me on Monday...
23.10.23 - I was contacted to say order would be delivered next day...
26.10.23 - Still no delivery... have cancelled account and asked for an immediate refund.
Fuming, have decided to order via Amazon!!

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience.

I took on a business, the contract we had with 2468 Group was in someone else's name. They also had completely the wrong business name and trading name, yet I was unable to cancel the agreement. So they are charging me for the remaining contract agreement. After a global pandemic, when I have been unable to trade for 4 months. Kick me while I'm down.

The machines I've had from this company have always had faults(maybe it's just the ones I've had) and often the engineer would take weeks to get to us to fix the issues.

We currently have a machine that was temporarily put I place while the previous one was being fixed. That was back in January and it hasnt worked since January..

Hopefully 2468 can improve from here on in.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. CHECK THEIR CONTRACT TERMS! THEY IS A MASSIVE CON. After over a decade with this company we needed to close our account and move into an office that already had a water service. We gave the standard 90 notice but it turns out that all those years ago, we actually signed up to 90 days notice 'prior to contract anniversary date' so we are on the hook until March 2024. They won't budge - pretty disgusting considering we kept our account throughout COVID when we didn't need it and could have called force majeur.
