One of the best halal shops I have visited in the area offers a wonderful selection of fresh meat, along with high-quality fruits and vegetables, all at reasonable prices. Additionally, the staff is exceptionally friendly, making the shopping experience pleasant and welcoming.

Great for fresh fruit and breads baked fresh but our experience of the meat is not good at all. Bought some lamb and beef mince and made koftas but we all had bad stomachs the following day and wouldn't buy their meat again. Good for spices etc but check your dates before buying is my advice as we've bought plenty either out of date or nearly out of date

Good store, you mostly find everything you like , friendly stuff not far from GatesHead centre and they do halal meat if you’re not sure, ask any of the staff they are more than happy to chat with you

I visit this shop every week regularly and buy all my meat from here. We are always greeted with a smile and high morals, which is the reason we keep coming back and rely on this shop for our purchases. It is also good to mention the butcher's virtues and not forget them. It is best to reciprocate good treatment with good treatment, as it is a mutual thing, of course.

It is always a pleasure, it is safe to say I'm in love with 2 Brothers Supermarket. I get to see everything I want for my cooking. I am an African and I do miss home but this store has made here my home by having almost everything I need. They got plantain which is my favourite meal, okazi leaves, tilapia fish, dried cat fish, spinach leaf, st leaf, mixed vegetables, chicken,pork,meat, palm oil,groundnut oil you name it. And offcourse I do love me some eazy popcorn for Netflix and chill.

As my friends shared this incident with me about what happened yesterday with them while shopping meat in 2 brothers, I just wanted to let yous know I had similar situation where that butcher(tall and fare guy) responded rudely while serving. Even though spending so much there I thought I don’t deserve to be treated like that. So I started shopping at Gateshead halal and ayaan stores in courts worth road, which are way better in hygiene and customer friendly(very friendly). If he is not the owner of the store, please do check on him and try to make changes in his way of behaviour with customers and hygiene.
